The Caribbean Hotel had a good location, close to places like the Paseo del Conde and the Colonial Zone. The room itself was cozy with comfortable bedding. However, staff communication was an issue. I often had to struggle with the language barrier. The air conditioning worked well, which was a plus given the heat, but the bathroom fixtures could use some tightening. I also noticed some cleanliness issues in common areas. These factors made my stay a bit less enjoyable than it could have been.

The cleanliness levels were concerning, with significant dirt everywhere, including unclean bed linen, moldy walls, and broken fixtures. A lack of proper maintenance. Trash in the room added to the feeling of neglect throughout the premises.
